DOWNTOWN

I bet you think I forgot.. well, I didn't and so here's the pic of the day, a crazy LA landscape, taken from my car window. I had no time to get out and walk around. I love downtown, there's so much to see, so many images, they will live forever in my mind. Maybe I'll have a little more time tomorrow to get something that makes you go ooooooooooooo.

Hey Girl,
I like it. Time is of course the commodity when you're shooting Holga. I like the fact that you got a shot with such distance between you and the buildings. I tried yesterday to get a shot of the fog coming over the hills from Hollywood into the
Valley and pretty much got nothing but a low white cloud blurring out the silouette of the tops of the mountains.
Hope you're able to get a few moments today to look for your shot. I am under the gun for two stories and will be stuck behind my computer screen most of the day but one never knows when inspiration will hit.
Love ya,
jb

Photojournalism is my passion, it's an amazing way to see and experience the world. I don't know if what I do will ever have a greater meaning then to fill the pages of daily newspapers. I've seen and felt first hand how important it is to approach the subject of my lense with kindness, respect and honesty. My background is in art and music. If I could express my feelings about life it would be embodied in the song made famous by Louis Armstrong, written by George Weiss and Thiele, "What A Wonderful World."
